Starting your own business sounds really sexy at first, but it's quite a challenge! There are legal requirements, business registration, branding, pricing, fixed costs, accounting, customer acquisition and then also the website. When I started my own business as a wedding photographer 10 years ago, I had to work it all out myself and build it up piece by piece. Through my media management studies, however, I already had a good foundation in marketing and was thus able to build a professional website myself relatively quickly. And in the end, this was the decisive factor that I was already fully booked with my desired customers in the second year! But without this prior knowledge, I would have spent months racking my brains over technical website stuff, kept changing my mind between the hundreds of designs on offer, and probably never really got into implementation. Our website templates I want to start right there and give you as a founder:in a safe, fast and beautiful shortcut to your online home. So that you don't get lost in the technology jungle, but can go out there with an aesthetic and professional website from the very beginning!
Questions about website templates for founders

You can use your website in our design and simply insert your content. But you can also customize all the components of your website according to your wishes, i.e.: move or remove elements, insert new elements, image galleries, text blocks, columns, icons, etc. - let your imagination run wild and make your website your very own!
Important: A little patience and basic technical understanding is required for specific customizations. But don't worry, even if you have no experience with websites or similar, you'll soon get the hang of it! We have installed the PageBuilder "Elementor" on our templates, which allows you to customize all elements and content very easily and intuitively. With a little practice, you'll soon get the hang of it - and if you do need help, your OHNORD experts are just a click away.
Your website is completely set up and there are no additional costs.
However, you need a domain and web hosting in advance. We are happy to support you with this step. Our favorite provider is 7,95€ / month, if you pay annually you get a 10% discount.
We also recommend an external BackUp plugin for your website. We are also happy to support you here.
If you want to make special customizations to your website, an Elementor Pro license is often helpful. However, Elementor PRO is NOT necessary. Your site will also run without it and you can also make individual adjustments without PRO.
The photos used in the website template are protected by copyright and may not be passed on. Please exchange all content (photos and texts) with your own content and make sure that you have the necessary rights! If you use stock photos, make sure that you obtain / purchase the rights for commercial use!
The basic framework for your website also includes all necessary GDPR basic settings (e.g. avatars, local fonts, cookie management) etc.
As you maintain the content of your website yourself, you are also responsible for making further data protection settings. You can find further information and instructions in our member area.
As a rule, you only need to take care of the legal notice & privacy policy (you can find tips in the members area). However, if you install external tools on your website, such as Google Analytics, Vimeo, Google Maps, etc., you will need to make additional data protection settings. However, this is always individual and goes beyond our basic framework. If you have any questions, you can of course contact us at any time and make use of our support.
After your website goes live, you should regularly take care of back-ups, updates, etc. to ensure the long-term functionality of your new website. If you don't want to deal with this, you can book our website support plan. We will take care of all the necessary regular tasks such as back-ups, updates, checks, etc., and you can sit back and relax.
